How to Choose a DMA Card in 2026: 35T, 75T or 100T — What to Buy for Your Games
How to choose a DMA card: the 35T, 75T or 100T chip, connection, firmware and cheat compatibility. Six questions before buying, recommendations for games and budget.

A DMA card is the most expensive and most important part of a DMA setup. It determines which firmware will run on it, how fast the cheat gets data and how long the card stays relevant as game protection gets stricter. At the same time, the specifications are easy to get lost in: 35T, 75T, 100T, generations, ports, “test” and “private” firmware. This article is a practical guide: which DMA card to choose for your games and budget, and what to look at before you buy a DMA card.
If you need the full hardware list and not just the card, take a look at the article What you need for DMA.
What sets one DMA card apart from another
Inside every DMA card is a programmable chip — an FPGA. The cards in the CheatsLab catalog use Xilinx Artix-7 chips. The chip itself can't do anything: its behavior is defined by the firmware. That's why cards should be compared by four parameters.
- Chip — how much logic fits into the chip, and therefore how complex the firmware you can put on it.
- Connection — through which controller and which ports the card sends data to the second computer.
- Out-of-the-box firmware — what the card comes with and what you'll have to buy separately.
- Compatibility — whether the cheats you'll use support the card.
Chip: 35T, 75T or 100T
The number in the name is the chip model. The larger it is, the more logic cells: about 33 thousand in the 35T, 75 thousand in the 75T and 101 thousand in the 100T.
In practice this affects one thing — the headroom for firmware. A simple firmware fits even on the 35T. But the stricter a game's protection, the more complex the masking that firmware developers build into the chip, and the more the logic headroom matters. That's why a card with a bigger chip stays relevant longer.
Firmware for the 35T won't work on the 75T or 100T, and vice versa. When ordering firmware, always specify the exact card model.
Three cards in the catalog: a quick comparison
| Parameter | Captain 4.1 35T | Captain 75T 6th Gen | Captain 100T 7th Gen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chip | 35T | Artix-7 75T | 100T |
| Connection | Type-C | Two USB-C ports: Data and JTAG separately | PCIe x1 / x4 |
| Controller | not specified | FTDI FT601, USB 3.2 Gen 2 | not specified |
| Out-of-the-box firmware | Public | Firmware v2 (standard) | Test |
| Cooling | not specified | not specified | Passive heatsink |
| Price | 18,990 ₽ | 18,990 ₽ | 25,990 ₽ |
The most interesting thing in this table is the price. Captain 4.1 35T and Captain 75T 6th Gen cost the same, yet the 75T has twice the logic and separate ports for data and flashing. Captain 100T 7th Gen costs 7,000 ₽ more and wins with chip headroom and passive cooling.

Choosing a DMA card: six questions before buying
1. Which games will you play?
This is the main question. For games with moderate protection, any of the three cards with good firmware will do. For games where the anti-cheat actively looks for DMA devices, you need logic headroom for complex masking — here the choice is between the 75T and 100T.
2. What firmware do you need?
Factory firmware is only good for checking that the card works. For playing you need separate firmware, and for serious titles — private firmware built for your card's unique number. You can order it in the section DMA firmware; include its cost in your budget right away. How to flash the card yourself — in the guide How to flash a DMA card.
3. Is there a free PCIe slot?
The card goes into a PCIe slot of the gaming computer. Check that a free slot exists and that the graphics card or cooler doesn't block it. There are also M.2 versions of cards for SSD slots, but the CheatsLab catalog currently offers PCIe cards.
4. Does the second computer have USB 3.0?
The card sends data to the second computer over USB. The normal read speed for such cards is 100–200 MB/s, and you can only get it via USB 3.0. Over USB 2.0 the speed drops below 45 MB/s and the cheat starts to stutter. If the second PC only has old ports, solve that first.
5. Do your cheats support the card?
Every DMA cheat lists compatible cards in its specifications. Captain is on the compatible card lists of the DMA cheats in our catalog — for example, Nightfall for Rust and NF PUBG DMA. If you're buying a cheat from another seller, check the list in advance.
6. What's your budget for the whole setup?
The card is only part of the cost. Add firmware, a mouse emulator for the aimbot and, optionally, a fuser. Sometimes it's smarter to take a 75T and a fuser than a 100T without one.
Recommendations for the task
Your first DMA setup
Take the Captain DMA 75T 6th Gen. It costs the same as the 35T, but gives you headroom for the future and is convenient to work with: flashing goes through the JTAG port and data through a separate Data port, so you can keep both cables connected at once.
You need the 35T specifically
Captain 4.1 35T will do if you already have firmware for the 35T or you're buying the card for games where simple firmware is enough. The kit includes the card, a cable and screws, with a 1-year warranty.
Games with the strictest protection
Captain 100T 7th Gen with private firmware. Maximum logic headroom for complex masking and a passive heatsink that keeps the card from overheating in long sessions.
Common mistakes when choosing
- •Comparing only the card price. Without firmware and a mouse emulator, the card alone gives you neither ESP nor an aimbot.
- •Buying firmware for a different model. Firmware is built for a specific chip, and FlashLab will warn you about a mismatch, but the money for the wrong file will already be spent.
- •Forgetting about the DNA ID. For private firmware the seller needs the card's unique number. How to find it — in the guide DMA card DNA ID.
- •Skimping on the second computer. Power doesn't matter, but USB 3.0 is a must.
- •Not powering off the PC after flashing. The card runs on the PCIe standby power line, and without fully unplugging the PC the new firmware won't load.
FAQ
Which DMA card should a newcomer buy?
The Captain 75T DMA card: it costs the same as the 35T, but with more logic headroom and separate Data and JTAG ports.
How is the 100T better than the 75T?
The 100T has more logic cells — about 101 thousand versus 75 thousand — so it fits the most complex firmware. Plus a passive heatsink. It costs 7,000 ₽ more.
Can I buy a DMA card with firmware already installed?
Cards come with factory or test firmware. For playing you need separate firmware that's installed after purchase. If you don't want to deal with it yourself, order DMA hardware setup.
Where can I see all the DMA hardware?
In the section DMA hardware — cards, mouse emulators, fusers and firmware.
