What You Need for DMA: The Full Hardware List and Setup Budget in 2026

What a DMA setup consists of: card, firmware, second computer, mouse emulator, fuser and cables. What's required, what's optional and three ready-made kits with prices.

What You Need for DMA: The Full Hardware List and Setup Budget in 2026

A DMA cheat doesn't install like a regular program: it needs a small set of hardware. Newcomers often buy it piece by piece and only then find out something is missing — or, on the contrary, spend money on things they could do without. In this article we've put together the full list: what you need for DMA, which DMA hardware is required, what to buy optionally and how much a ready setup costs.

If you're going to buy DMA hardware for the first time and don't yet know how the technology works, start with the article What DMA is and why it's the top choice, and then come back here for the shopping list.

The DMA setup in a nutshell

The setup has two computers. The gaming PC is the one running the game. A DMA card goes into its PCIe slot and reads RAM directly. The second computer or laptop receives this data over USB, and the cheat itself runs on it: the menu, ESP, radar and aimbot logic. If the cheat can aim, mouse commands go to the gaming PC through a hardware emulator — to the game it's an ordinary mouse.

Hence the shopping list: a card, firmware, a second computer, cables, and for the aimbot and an on-screen picture on one monitor — a mouse emulator and a fuser.

Required hardware

1. DMA card

The main part of the setup. The CheatsLab catalog has three Captain cards on Xilinx Artix-7 chips:

DMA cards in the catalog
CardChipWhat mattersPrice
Captain DMA 4.1 35T35TType-C port, public firmware, 1-year warranty18,990 ₽
Captain DMA 75T 6th Gen75TTwo USB-C ports: separate Data and JTAG, FT601 controller, up to 200 MB/s18,990 ₽
Captain DMA 100T 7th Gen100TPassive heatsink, PCIe x1 / x4, test firmware25,990 ₽

Card pages: Captain DMA 4.1 35T, Captain DMA 75T 6th Gen and Captain DMA 100T 7th Gen.

The bigger the chip, the more room for complex firmware with good masking. How to choose between the three options is covered in detail in the article How to choose a DMA card.

The card takes one PCIe slot on the gaming computer's motherboard. Check that a free slot exists and that the graphics card doesn't block access to it.

2. Firmware

Factory firmware is only for checking that the card works; it's not enough for games with serious protection. Firmware can be public — one for thousands of cards — or private, built for your card's unique number (DNA ID). You can order private firmware in the section DMA firmware. To flash the card yourself, use the step-by-step guide How to flash a DMA card, and for the number you need to order — the guide How to find the DNA ID.

3. A second computer or laptop

The cheat runs on it. You don't need a powerful computer: DMA cheat requirements list at least 4 GB of RAM and 2 CPU cores, Windows 10 or 11. The main requirement is a USB 3.0 port for connecting the card. Over USB 2.0 the read speed drops several times and the cheat starts to lag.

4. Cables

You need the cables from the card's kit or equivalent ones: for the DATA port — USB 3.0 with data transfer support, for flashing — Type-C. Cheap “charge-only” cables are a common cause of the “no connection” error.

Optional hardware

Mouse emulator: needed for the aimbot

If the cheat can aim or control recoil, it needs a way to move the mouse on the gaming computer. That's what a hardware emulator is for: it connects between the mouse and the gaming PC and looks like an ordinary mouse to the game.

If you only need ESP or a radar, you can skip the emulator.

Fuser: ESP on one monitor

The cheat draws ESP on the second computer. To see it on top of the game on one monitor, you need a fuser for DMA — a device that overlays the picture from the second PC onto the game image.

Fusers in the catalog
FuserCapabilitiesPrice
Dichen Fuser v6 Mini2× HDMI 2.1 input, 1080p up to 240 Hz, 4K 60 Hz, latency under 3 ms8,990 ₽
Dichen Fuser v6HDMI, 4K 60 Hz, 2K 144 Hz, FHD 240 Hz9,990 ₽
Dichen D60DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1, 4K 120 Hz, 2K 240 Hz, 1080p 360 Hz29,990 ₽
DC500 4KHDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4, up to 540 Hz at 1080p39,990 ₽
DICHEN DC505HDMI up to 550 Hz at 1080p, 4K up to 160 Hz49,990 ₽

Fuser pages: Dichen Fuser v6 Mini, Dichen Fuser v6, Dichen D60, DC500 4K and DICHEN DC505.

The main thing when choosing is your monitor's refresh rate: the fuser shouldn't cut it. For a 1080p 144–240 Hz monitor the v6 Mini is enough, 2K 240 Hz needs the D60, and esports monitors at 360 Hz and above are handled by the DC500 and DC505.

You can play without a fuser too. Many DMA cheats have a web radar: a map with enemies opens in a browser on a second monitor, phone or tablet, and some let you share the link with teammates.

Turnkey setup

If you don't want to build the setup yourself, order DMA hardware setup for 5,000 ₽.

Three ready-made kits: how much a DMA setup costs

The prices below are for catalog hardware only, without the second computer and the cheat subscription.

Starter: ESP and aim, radar on a second screen — 21,380 ₽

You watch ESP through the web radar on your phone or a second monitor, and the aimbot works through MAKCU. Good for trying DMA without a big investment.

Optimal: ESP on top of the game — 30,370 ₽

The 75T card costs the same as the 35T but has more logic headroom. With a fuser, ESP is drawn right in the game on one monitor up to 240 Hz at 1080p.

Maximum: for tough anti-cheats and 2K 240 Hz — 58,970 ₽

With private firmware for 38,000 ₽, it comes to 96,970 ₽. This kit is for games with the strictest protection and high-refresh monitors.

How to build the setup: step by step

  1. Insert the DMA card into a free PCIe slot of the gaming computer.
  2. Flash the card for its model and read the DNA ID if you're ordering private firmware.
  3. Fully power off the gaming PC after flashing so the card loads the new firmware.
  4. Connect the card's DATA port to the second computer via USB 3.0 and check the read speed.
  5. If you need an aimbot, connect the MAKCU or KMBox following the instructions.
  6. If you need ESP on one monitor, connect the fuser between the gaming PC, the second computer and the monitor.
  7. Launch the cheat on the second computer.

Detailed instructions for each step are collected in the section DMA setup, and for the emulators — in the guides for MAKCU and KMBox Net.

What about without a DMA card?

There's another hardware path — AI cheats. They don't need a DMA card: they get the screen image through a capture card, for example NVision 2.0 for 14,990 ₽, and find enemies with a neural network on the second computer. This approach is covered in the NAIM guide.

FAQ

Can I do without a second computer?

No. A DMA cheat runs specifically on the second computer — that's the whole point of the technology. Even a simple laptop with USB 3.0 will do.

Do I have to buy a fuser?

No. Many DMA cheats show ESP through a web radar in the browser. A fuser is needed if you want to see ESP on top of the game on one monitor.

Do I need a KMBox if I only want ESP?

No. A mouse emulator is only needed for the aimbot and recoil control.

Which DMA card should I get first?

Since the 35T and 75T cost the same, the 75T is the logical choice: it has more logic headroom for firmware. The 100T is for games with the strictest protection.
